By supporting market-oriented activities, Element 2 encourages ideas and cooperation and ultimately leads to innovative marketable technologies for European Space industry.

Each of these can be entered through streamlined paths, which means the background, detail and entry point of the proposal can all be tailored, simplifying the process.
While a product can begin the process up to TRL 6/7, i.e. Qualification Model (QM), software release or in orbit demonstration, for most activities, the outcome will eventually be a product that is ready for exploitation.
